Really Great Reading - The Science of Reading

We are excited to announce that Lassen County Office of Education will be hosting The Science of Reading Workshop, presented by Really Great Reading, on Saturday, March 11, 2023, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This workshop will take place in the Lassen County Office of Education Conference Room. A light breakfast will be available beginning at 8 AM. Lunch will also be provided. There will be prizes and giveaways! Come join us for the fun-filled learning event!

CA MTSS
California's Multi-Tiered System of Support (CA MTSS) is a comprehensive framework that aligns academic, behavioral, social and emotional learning, and mental health supports in a fully integrated system of support for the benefit of all students. CA MTSS offers the potential to create needed systematic change through intentional design and redesign of services and supports to quickly identify and match to the needs of all students.
CS4Norcal
The purpose of CS4NorCal is to build regional capacity based in the county office of education to support CS professional learning and pathway implementation in small and rural school districts and schools. The project is a pathway approach that focuses on preparing rural educators to teach computer science and creating opportunities for students to learn and apply CS skills across grades and subject matter.
