Ethics training records for local governing board members and local officials are maintained by the Lassen County Office of Education (LCOE) and are not posted directly on this website.
Pursuant to Government Code § 53235.2, records of ethics training completed by our local governing board members and local officials are available for public inspection.
To request copies of ethics training records, please submit a Public Records Request using one of the following methods:

To help us locate the requested records, please include:
- The name of the governing board member or local official; and
- The applicable time period or date range for the records requested.
Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable public records laws and LCOE procedures. In accordance with the California Public Records Act, LCOE will provide an initial determination regarding the request within 10 days, subject to applicable extensions and other provisions of law.
