Fatherhood Summit

Fatherhood is one of the most important roles a man can have, yet it often comes with challenges, questions, and experiences that are rarely talked about. The 2026 Lassen County Fatherhood Summit is designed to bring fathers together for a day of connection, encouragement, and growth while celebrating the positive impact dads have on their children, families, and communities.

Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Diamond View School for an engaging event centered around the theme, "Voices of Fatherhood: Real Stories, Real Challenges, Real Impact." Through inspiring presentations, interactive workshops, demonstrations, and meaningful conversations, participants will hear from local fathers who will share their personal journeys, lessons learned, and the experiences that have shaped their lives.

The summit will feature speakers Russell Bates, Mitch Lively, Orlando Shannon, and Barney McKee, each bringing unique perspectives on fatherhood, leadership, resilience, and family. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other dads, gain practical tools and resources, and participate in discussions that strengthen relationships at home and in the community.

More than just a conference, the Fatherhood Summit is a chance to invest in yourself and your family. Enjoy a day filled with learning, food, fun, prizes, and fellowship while building connections with other men who understand the joys and challenges of being a father. Whether you're a new dad, a grandfather, a mentor, or simply someone who wants to make a positive impact in the life of a child, this event is for you.

Strong dads build strong families, and strong families build stronger communities. We invite all men to join us for this inspiring day and be part of a movement that celebrates and supports fatherhood in Lassen County.
